The lower layer of foam can be removed for expanded storage space as well. MIL-Standard cases provide peace of mind with the addition of an automatic ambient pressure equalization valve, molded-in hinges, trigger release latches, and an ergonomic, over-molded grip handle. Moreover, the MIL-STD 810G spec means resistance to UV rays, solvents, corrosion, and fungus, in addition to its high-quality impact resistance.
