If you've ever struggled to get a microphone on a presenter during a busy trade show, event, or conference, you'll appreciate the Sennheiser MKE mini Presenter Microphone, a smart, cable-free way to quickly mic up subjects. Instead of a long cable, the MKE mini features a short, locking 3.5mm connecting cable to your wireless bodypack transmitter (available separately). The 1" cable directs the mic upward toward the presenter, who simply wears the transmitter using the included lanyard. The lanyard puts the lavalier at an optimal position for clear, intelligible speech. Clips are provided to attach the lanyard to a compatible Sennheiser transmitter.

Derived from the legendary MKE 2 lavalier, the moisture-resistant microphone capsule in the MKE mini features a forgiving omnidirectional pickup pattern that captures audio in a 360° radius around the mic, helping to ensure consistent levels, even if the subject turns away from the mic during an interview or demonstration. The electret-condenser capsule is powered by 7.5V of plug-in power from your wireless transmitter.

The MKE mini provides a fast way to get Sennheiser-quality wireless audio from your subjects without worrying about mic placement and cables. The system lets you easily move between presenters for run-and-gun style shoots in busy environments, including trade shows and conventions.

Lavalier Microphone and Lanyard

The MKE mini provides a lavalier microphone that attaches to your Sennheiser transmitter (available separately) along with a lanyard and clips that allows a presenter to wear the transmitter.

Compatible Sennheiser Transmitters

The included clips for the lanyard fit the Sennheiser SK 100 G3, SK 100 G4, SK 300 G3, SK 300 G4, SK 500 G3, SK 500 G4, EW-D SK, and EW-DX SK transmitters.

Ample Headroom for Loud Vocals

The MKE mini is designed to handle broadcast and theater applications, including loud speech and vocals up to 140 dB, without distortion.

Omnidirectional Polar Pattern

The forgiving omnidirectional polar pattern picks up sound from all around the mic and provides a consistent frequency response, even for off-axis sound. This helps to supply clear, intelligible speech and vocals, even when the talent isn't speaking directly toward the microphone.

Wide Frequency Response

With its wide, linear 20 Hz to 20 kHz frequency range and excellent transient response, the MKE mini provides accurate and transparent reproduction of speech and vocals. A windscreen is supplied to reduce wind, breath, and plosive noise.

Sweat-Resistant Construction

The lavalier's dual-diaphragm umbrella mic capsule design provides reliable protection from perspiration and moisture.
