Description
The Sennheiser L 6000-US is a 1 RU rackmount intelligent charging station with an internal power supply, designed to recharge up to eight Digital 6000 & 9000 Series transmitter battery packs.
The L 6000 offers a flexible modular design with four docks, which can each be configured to charge BA 60, BA 61, or BA 62 battery packs, using the appropriate charging modules (available separately). Each charging module can accommodate two bodypack or handheld battery packs, allowing the L 6000 to charge up to eight battery packs at the same time.
The Intelligent charging system controls four cooling fans to prevent heat buildup and also offers a storage mode that keeps the battery packs in optimum charge condition for longer storage periods.
The L 6000's three-color LEDs show charging statuses at a glance. An Ethernet port supports Sennheiser's Wireless Workbench software for extensive monitoring of additional parameters including remaining charging times, run times, charging cycles, battery quality, and temperature.
The unit is future-proof, as charging modules for future battery pack types can simply be retrofitted.
