The Volta Series marks the next evolution of Headliner flight cases—engineered for DJs who want faster setups, cleaner power, and smarter integration. The Headliner Volta Flight Case for XDJ-AZ pairs Headliner’s proven road-ready construction with integrated power distribution and onboard gear mounting for a true plug-and-play workflow.
Built from 3/8” (9mm) plywood with a hexagon laminate exterior and a 1” high-density foam–lined interior, Volta Flight Cases are reinforced with steel ball corners, aluminum profiles, recessed padded handles, and butterfly latches with padlock staples.
An internal 4-way power distribution system powers the XDJ-AZ and accessories from a single external source. A covered power inlet and included locking power cable ensure secure operation, and cable port holes under the Volta badge provide the option to run audio cables discretely for a clean and professional look.
Integrated 1U mounting brackets support gear up to 19” wide, keeping essential equipment installed and ready. Heavy-duty wheels allow easy transport, while rubber feet keep the Headliner Volta Flight Case for XDJ-AZ stable during use.
