Numark NV DJ Controller
To make things short and sweet, the only thing that this controller is missing is USB slots for drives that would eliminate the need for a laptop. Many DJ's are trying to find a solution that would take them away from the world of having to use a laptop within every DJ set.
So what does this new unit remind us of? The NS6 Controller for sure, but it has a lot slimmer profile. It's not as bulky and heavy as the NS6. The NV is meant for DJ's that want to have a DJ controller that has the ability to be easily transported.(The NS6 weights a ton).
A nice feature that we can see just by looking at the back of the unit is the implementation of XLR outputs that only the higher end Pioneer Model Have. This is a main feature that many new controllers lack and something that will definitely put the Numark NV on the front line for battle of best new DJ controller .
