Rental Reservations Policy

To ensure availability and efficient service, we recommend visiting our showroom in advance to select your rental equipment and place a 10% deposit. This deposit secures your reservation and allows our team to prepare your equipment ahead of time, ensuring a smooth and expedited pickup experience.

Payment Requirements
   -A 10% non-refundable deposit is required at the time of booking to reserve your equipment.
   -Full payment is due at least 48 hours prior to the rental date to finalize and secure the reservation.
   -Rentals not paid in full within this window are subject to cancellation without notice.

Security Deposit / Insurance
A security deposit equal to the full replacement value of the rented equipment is required. For example, if an amplifier valued at $500 is rented, a $500 security deposit must be provided. This can be done via:

   -Credit card pre-authorization (cardholder must be present with valid photo ID at pickup), or
   -Certificate of Insurance (COI) naming our business as an additional insured party and covering the full value of the rental.

Please ensure the cardholder is present at the time of rental, as we cannot accept cards without the authorized individual and proper identification.
